Trouble with another player

Open their profile and use Report or Block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking stops them talking to you; it doesn't stop fights, which are the game.

Purchases

Gold Coins are bought through Apple, so refunds are Apple's to grant: reportaproblem.apple.com. If you paid and the coins didn't arrive, use Paid but not credited? in The Pawn Shop, or email us.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete Account. It's permanent. See the Privacy Policy for what's erased.
